Baguette Tray Die

For use with the North Star Big Blue Extruder or with the North Star Expansion Box. This die can be used to make bread trays or vases. Vases can be made my joining to two trays together at the sides and standing it on end.

All dies are made of machined 3/4 inch UHMW(Ultra high molecular weight) polyethylene. In general, the walls of extrusions 3-1/2 inches OD or less are 1/4 inch thick, while larger pieces have 5/16 inch walls.
