Vent-A-Kiln

Vent-A-Kiln standard models 1122, 1227, 1332, and 1437 are cost-effective, small-format, variable-height process ventilation systems for electric kilns. They are designed for hobbyists and studio potters, and for anyone else using a small-format kiln.

All four standard models include a 110-volt, 265-CFM blower mounted on top of the hood and are designed for positive-pressure applications. Negative-pressure models are also available, as they can be modified easily at the factory.

Both positive and negative-pressure models are available with an optional Swinging Wall Bracket.

"SST" systems include a three-panel Safety Screen and a Programmable Timer.
The functional difference between each model is the outside diameter of the kiln it is used on.


VENT1122 has a 265 C.F.M Motor/Blower. The hood is 22" in diameter and 4" deep. It fits round / octagon kilns up to 18" in diameter.

VENT1227 has a 265 C.F.M Motor/Blower. The hood is 27" in diameter and 5" deep. It fits round / octagon kilns 19" to 23" in diameter.

VENT1332 has a 265 C.F.M Motor/Blower. The hood is 32" in diameter and 6" deep. It fits round / octagon kilns 24" to 28" in diameter.

VENT1332-500 has a 500 C.F.M Motor/Blower. The hood is 32" in diameter and 6" deep. It fits round / octagon kilns 24" to 28" in diameter.

VENT1437 has a 265 C.F.M Motor/Blower. The hood is 37" in diameter and 7.25" deep. It fits round / octagon kilns 29" to 33" in diameter.

VENT1437-500 has a 500 C.F.M Motor/Blower. The hood is 37" in diameter and 7.25" deep. It fits round / octagon kilns 29" to 33" in diameter.

VENT1544 has a 500 C.F.M Motor/Blower. The hood is 44" in diameter and 7.25" deep. It fits round / octagon kilns 34" to 40" in diameter.

VENT1654 has a 500 C.F.M Motor/Blower. The hood is 54" in diameter and 12" deep. It fits round / octagon kilns 41" to 50" in diameter.
